Our Story
From a Single Classroom to 5,000+ Careers
Connect2Empower started in 2015 with a single training room, two instructors, and a conviction that the skills gap wasn't a student problem — it was a system problem. Too many bright, motivated graduates were leaving college without the practical skills or industry connections to land their first job.
Our founders — both former HR leaders at Fortune 500 companies — had seen this from the other side. They knew exactly what employers wanted and why so many candidates fell short. So they built a program that bridged that gap: rigorous, industry-aligned training paired with direct placement support.
Today, Connect2Empower operates across 6 cities, partners with 120+ companies, and has placed over 5,000 graduates in roles they're proud of. But the mission hasn't changed: give every student the skills, confidence, and connections to build a career that lasts.
